With a background in people-centered work, she understands the real demands of modern schedules and workplace environments. Her relationship with meditation grew from a desire to create moments of quiet within full and layered days. She approaches practice as something lived — not perfected — and invites others to find steadiness in their own way.
Her guidance is grounded, accessible, and rooted in presence, offering space to slow down, notice, and return to yourself.
